Will SA law steal teens' kisses?

South Africa's new Sexual Offences Act includes a clause which could allow youngsters to be
criminally charged for kissing or fondling.

Twelve to 15-year-olds fall under the new legislation, which covers acts that it describes as
"consensual sexual violation".

Rights groups say the controversial clause, signed into law last month, should be seen to
protect children, despite claims it is unworkable in a country plagued by far greater problems:
not least of them, the rape of children.

Among the acts defined as "sexual violation" in the bill include "direct or indirect contact ...
between the mouth of one person... and the mouth of another person".

oh, this is so sickening.....
instead , they should be making/passing a law, that all gov schools should have desks and books for the lil ones starting school for the 1st time, holding the Minister responsible, firing her or him, rather.....
saw on TV last night, these small lil children, they did not even have a toilet to use during the day!
sad.....so sad...

yeah, I think we need a real POSSE here, who are we gonna use as the sheriff?....let's all go vigilante mode, to protect our land...maar sal moet oppas, die cowboys mag nie die girls soen nie, dan's hulle in hulle m..r in....fook, we must really be the laughing stock of the world at this moment..
